What is Soak Urban Wellness?

At Soak Urban Wellness you want to unwind & relax. With us you book your own space with private sauna(s). Just for yourself. No other people sharing your wellness moment.

Which wellness facilities do you offer?

3 Private Infrared Sauna Suites

What should I wear during my sauna session?

All our sauna rooms and the wellness studio are private use. So you can wear whatever feels comfortable. We recommend to sit naked on a towel towel. But you are also allowed to wear a swimsuit.

What do I need to bring with me?

We provide you with the use of towels, bathrobes, slippers and water for hydration.

Can I bring my own products or drinks?

It is not allowed to bring your own food and or drinks into the wellness. Also do not bring products like scrubs, face masks or lotion/oils in the sauna as it will stain the wood.

Reservations & Cancellations

Do I need an online reservation?

Yes, at Soak Urban Wellness you need to pre-book and reserve your wellness or sauna online.  In our reservations/appointment module you will find up to date availability.

Why do I have to prepay?

Our facilities are private use only. This means that we reserve the space especially for you. We prepare your wellness, pre-heat the sauna(s), plan staff etc. Last minute cancellations or no show means we cannot offer the wellness to other quests anymore. Paying  for your reservation shows that you intend to show up.

What is your cancellation policy?

If you wish to change or cancel your reservation, you can only do so via the cancellation link in your confirmation email. Cancellations up to 96 hours before your appointment can be rescheduled to another date, exchanged for a voucher or refunded. Cancellations or changes between 96 hours and 48 hours before the start of your appointment can only be scheduled to another date. A reservation cannot be changed within 48 hours before the start anymore.

In case you have reserved our entire wellness center for a Spa party a 7 days cancellations or reschedule policy is applicable.

Giftvouchers

How do I purchase a giftvoucher

You can buy an E-giftvoucher online. Go to the giftvoucher section on our website. Select your wellness package or amount. After payment the voucher code is sent to you as an e-ticket.

After you have received your e-ticket you can either choose to use our digital gift card which you can fill in, print out or forward by email or ask us to handwrite a paper giftcard which we will sent to you by post.

Giftcard codes are valid for 1 year after purchase, are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part.

How can I redeem my giftvoucher

Follow the steps

4: Select your wellness facility and/or package
5: Choose an available date and time
6: Register with name and email or login
7: BEFORE payments click the “use coupon or giftcard” button
8: Fill in your giftcard code
9: Payment is done and you will receive a confirmation of your appointment

Credit packages

Which memberships do you offer

Next to our single appointments we also offer credit packages (saver passes) for our infrared saunas and massage chairs.

Saver passes are highly discounted and can be bought in a pack of 10 sessions with a validity of 6 months.

Credit packages are non refundable after purchase.

Introductory Offers

We offer a discounted introductory offer for 3 private infrared sauna sessions within 3 weeks after purchase. This limited time offer start from the day of purchase, not on the date of the first session. We advise you to schedule your sessions accordingly to ensure you can use the full package within the allotted timeframe. Unused sessions will expire 3 weeks after purchase.

Discounted packages are non refundable after purchase

How do I book my appointment with a saver pass?

When making an appointment with a saver pass you need to login with the account you used when buying your membership. The saver pass is connected to this account and will recognize your credits when making a reservation. Just make a regular booking in our reservation module. After selecting date and time the system will give you the option to either pay online or use a credit from your saver pass.
